ICAO Very Close to Adopting CO2 Emissions Standard for Aircraft

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), a United Nations specialized agency tasked with regulating international civil aviation, is very close to adopting a global CO2 emissions standard for new and existing aircraft.
