U.S. Airlines Can Now Apply for Scheduled Flights to Cuba

Later today, Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx and Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs Charles Rivkin will sign a civil aviation agreement with Cuba reestablishing the possibility of commercial, scheduled air service between the two countries for the first time since 1960.
