Fraport is the operating company of Frankfurt International Airport. I had the opportunity to work at the department in charge of passenger flow planning (FBA-AT1). It was a wonderful time and I worked on a variety of projects, such as:

• Investigation passenger transit times throughout the terminal to identify areas for improvement
• Participation in passenger service initiative “Great to have you here” with the aim of making Frankfurt a 4-star airport
• Participation in passenger flow planning process for Terminal B

I am sure that this list is not complete but it was a great time for sure. I have attached a couple of picture from an apron tour which was just amazing!
